Good day fellow pilots,
I wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone on the forums. Last year I took an early retirement from my stressful electronic systems engineering career and now have enough time and sanity to gain more flying experience.

I am 53 years old and have been flying for 19 years and own a share in a nice Cessna 182 but only have about 560 hours TT. I have a commercial certificate with single, multi-engine land and instrument ratings. Currently working on the ground portion of the initial CFI certificate and hope to get through that rating by the Spring 2016.

I really enjoy reading all the informative threads on these forums. You guys have some awesome experience.

Oh, and in case you guys like beer... this is what I have been doing since I retired.
