Alaska Air and Boeing did proving runs with Alaska's RNP doing straight in approaches to PAJN (which requires very steep decent due to the 700ft hill 1/2 mile from the end of the runway) with full auto land to a complete stop. So I would guess the Eskimo will be the first to get it approved.

Have you(anyone) seen one with anything less than 1/2sm or 2400RVR?

I've seen 200-1/2 with a good ALS. It was co-located with an ILS.
