Nantucket is crazy expensive, back in the day the controllers used to be able to stay at the coast guard base. They did away with that during the white book and It's never coming back. The kicker is, we are only getting RUS locality at 14%.

Darn. At least it's a nice, quaint place to live. Too bad you probably couldn't afford anything. I've seen houses go for over $1,000,000 in ACK that would be $50,000 elsewhere.
