Utrafire WF-501B, cheapest reliable and ridiculously bright with the knockoff Surefire Strike Bezel.

I cant remember the brand but I borrowed a CA's flashlight a few times on a trip, and this guy carried a small C bat powered LED flashlight that he said was used for scuba. That thing was like daylight!
