Or even small shops. If "______ Rate" is billed by flight hours or labor hours, they are still hours tp be billed no matter who works on it/instructs.

My old employer charged 25 an hour for instruction. Entry CFI made 16, CFII made 17, MEI made 18, Senior made 20. And everyone made .5 extra for pre and post flight. I thought it was funny how much the students complained how much it cost for a CFI. I guess thats what you get with university students, considering the industry at the lowest point anywhere else around here charges 40 an hour.
