The same dude just was banned over at APC for trolling if I recall correctly, haha.
I may have to speak with one of their mods about an intelligence swap.![]()
Having been visited, at home, by an FBI agent this summer (got the subpoena to prove it if you think I'm crapping you) over what was said on this website, I would heavily suggest knocking it off.
Anonymity on the internet is a laughable concept, teeeeeeeeerust me.
Holy crap! What did you say?!
It wasn't anything that I said but one of the users.
That's why when people threaten to sue me through email, I generally laugh because just because your father is an attorney doesn't mean that you don't need to start with a formal cease and desist, on hard copy, properly served and properly serving doesn't mean PM, email or Facebook message, LOL. Then a specific period of time to allow compliance and then you start the process. And I've been down that road too.
I've been doing this a long time.
Correct. He kept telling people posting against selling more scope in the Delta RJ scope thread that they were forever destined to work at a "regional" because they weren't "Tier1™" material like he was and that he reallly wasn't interested in sharing a cockpit with such ilk.The same dude just was banned over at APC for trolling if I recall correctly, haha.
Ohh was it the sitting reserve on an Atlas flight to South America, Mr. I know lawyers in Arizona?
I gotta say, it absolutely sucks that anyone would do that to you. You spend a lot of time making this place what it has been since 2000. Though *cough cough* the main page could sure use an update, so much has changed since. And on another note, if you have a link for a financial donation for the costs of running this place I'd contribute a little bit.

Yeppers, same nonsense. He was over there trolling his butt off for a week or so. I didn't know if he had been banned yet. Haven't been back to see after reading the Amazon thread over there. The same dude just was banned over at APC for trolling if I recall correctly, haha.
Not having read 22 pages worth of posts, it would appear that the interwebs have spun the original subject so here's my shameless plug to bring it full circle...
I'm really excited to have been one of the lucky ones to get a golden ticket! After receiving a "fix-it" email a few months ago and hearing nothing since it'll be nice to speak with someone face to face that has a Delta Air Lines employee number!
Meanwhile he was on the delta pilot recruitment Facebook page complaining about how he couldn't get a ticket for the job fair.
Regarding that I have heard anywhere from the next day to 2yrs before hearing further so your guess is as good as mine. I agree though, it'll be nice to ask a recruiter face to face.
I have it on good, really good - as in very solid, from the horses mouth - authority that the only benefit that will officially result from going to the career expo is an app scoring. So, if you've had a recommendation submitted on your behalf in the past going to this event will not benefit you. Bottom line is, I was told attending will be a waste of time because it will not result in an additional scoring and if you weren't Tier 1 before, this won't necessarily get you over the hump.
Hmm... If this is the case, I should probably give my ticket up so that someone that hasn't received an internal scoring should go. Can anyone else confirm this is the case?
