I directed you to that post because Lalexf got a TOL after turning 31, but a few posts before that one, Boomer says that he spoke to someone who told him that the TOL freezes your age.

Si, es verdad. I cannot find the damn email though, when I tried to move some of my emails into folders a couple months ago they kinda disappeared on me. I just sent the question again so I'll have it in 'writing'.
ETA: That was a quick response! Since I am having such luck, I think I'll try calling the Medical Division. ANYWHO... here's the answer from HR:
"That is correct ----. Once we extend a tentative job offer, you age is "frozen". I won't matter then if we can't physically get you on board until after you turn 31--you're locked in."
ETA:HOLY CRAP! Two for two! I got ahold of a real person and my Medical has been cleared as of Tuesday!!! Oh shoot, i didn't ask if that included the MMPI or not...SON OF A....

I would suggest moving the phone into your kitchen... put an air matress in there and just pee in the sink... DO NOT leave that kitchen until you receive a call.

No idea what its mean, that was the terminology I was given... I'm a little distraught hearing all these others getting there FOLs and this is the information I was given.

Finally gave in and contacted other HR staff that I have crossed paths with during the application process previously because of difficulties contacting my current OKC POC. Caroline Chambers picked up the first time I called her yesterday and was kind enough to check the spreadsheet and told me that I am all cleared and should contact Charlene cause I just need an academy start date. I've emailed/called and left messages for Charlene a while ago but still no acknowledgement... I'm not in a position to be able to go to the academy on a moment's notice but it looks like a may not have a choiceanic:

aflink, I was also at the 7/10 PEPC in NY and haven't heard a thing. I've send a few emails in the past couple weeks and haven't gotten any response back. Not sure what to think. Any info, even bad news, is better than no reply at all.

deltsda, Glad to hear from someone else that was there 7/10. I have sent emails and called and all the information I have is that my Charlene Sade has my clearance back other than that I'm lost in the shuffle. I just want something firm saying I'm a go or no go. I'm kind of tempted to contact my duty assignment to see if they've heard anything...
