Maybe this virus will be the final nail in the coffin for NAI.
Cathay Pacific has parked half their fleet and cut 2/3 of their flights:

Hong Kong’s flagship airline keeping 120 planes out of the sky at any one time, and bosses say cuts are in response to market demand as fear of travelling increases amid coronavirus epidemic.www.scmp.com
Also, the already struggling carrier Hong Kong Airlines will almost certainly go out of business before this is over.
It would be a real shame to lose CX... Travelling in their First Class was a life experience that fed my airline nerdiness...
Maybe, but they may end up like Hainan Airlines. The Chinese government may disolve the airline into other carriers to try to keep the jobs afloat. I guess that means airports like BOS and SJC may be seeing China Southern or China Eastern when the dust settles.Cathay Pacific has parked half their fleet and cut 2/3 of their flights:

Hong Kong Airlines, who is also part of the Hainan group. CX will be "fine", as far as survival in some form goes. You mean HK Airlines, or CX? I definitely don't see that happening with CX.
Madness? That they single engine taxi and still couldn’t make money?
Yeah, well... I'd like to apologize too. To myself... for once being dismayed and disheartened about being a mere GA/135 guy.I’d like to apologize to everyone. After 4.5 years of trying to convince myself that I was happy at my current company, I finally put some applications out. So...here we are.
I'm pretty sure the evolutionary purpose of airlines is not to carry Pax, but only to provide Wall Street with advance notice of economic conditions and market movement.Madness? That they single engine taxi and still couldn’t make money?
