Flomax?

Hi Doctor,

My physician just prescribed Flomax to me for prostate symptoms. (Being in my 40s sucks)
The list of approved meds says "on a case by case basis". Do I need to talk to my aeromedical doc before flying again?

Also, what should I put on my next FAA medical application?
