Certified Flight Instructor IASCO Flight Training Redding, California and Ellensburg, Washington IASCO Flight Training (IFT) has job openings for Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) at its Redding training center, located in northern California. IFT is a Part 141 flight school that provides ab initio flight and ground training, from Private Pilot through ATP ground school to international airline-sponsored students. The fleet includes a variety of aircraft: C-172, BE-76, Super Decathlon (8KCAB), and King Air (C-90). We are seeking flight instructors who are dedicated to providing the highest-quality training for the school‘s students and who would like a quality work environment. Bilingual Japanese/English ability is a plus! Instructors who work at IFT have the advantage of working at a flight school with over 50 years of airline training experience. Our Northern California location offers spectacular scenery, outdoor recreation, and flyable weather year-round. Flight instructors can make up to $40,000 a year. An excellent group insurance benefits package is available, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. Vacation and sick leave benefits are also offered. In addition to what we believe to be one of the best compensation packages available in the flight training industry, instructors will receive a $500 bonus upon completion of their initial training. Once an instructor has completed 6 months of employment, they are eligible for another $1000 bonus. We offer up to three months of housing at no cost to new hire instructors to help provide a smooth transition for relocation and to let our instructors focus on their flight career. Instructors at IFT build experience quickly. They have many opportunities to excel and progress. Our instructor standardization is done with airline-focused standards, which helps prepare our instructors for their professional career track. We help our instructors with obtaining their MEI certificates if needed. We also provide Jeppesen instrument and navigation charts, reference books, and set days off work.
