I have no idea how good or bad flight express and their maintenance is, but I have personally been at the airport, holding short, when a flight express baron came in with an engine failure so your numbers are incomplete.
Stuff like that would probably require perusing the FAA incident database, and an engine shutdown might not even be in there.
Looks like FLX is planning on running a new hire class.

Read up on here about what to expect in training. Alot of pilots show up on the first day and are surprised by an instrument written test. Fail and you go home. There are plenty of ex-FLXers on JC.
If you despise a company why would you interview there???
