Good answer. I haven't worked there for a while, but at least when I did, while there wasn't very much equipment, what there was worked and if it didn't it got fixed. Good job, two thumbs up.
what kind of avionics do you guys fly with?
hee. Radios. VORs. Some have two glideslopes. Do you want model numbers or are you hoping to hear "G150,000,000"?
PS. Think they stopped taking VFR guys sometime in 2008.
Rumors on the grape vine say they might have another class. Any intel on that? Sounds kinda fun to me.
I left in 2007. When I left, you were far more likely to be on a run that paid towards the top of the scale than towards the bottom. In addition, the low paying, low time runs were sometimes sought after by part timers. If you want to make a decent paycheck, you probably will. You will work your butt off for it, most likely, but it will be available to you. Again, all 2 years + out of date.
Probably will keep another class going after this one since we continue to lose people.
Any truth to the rumot that Flight Express will hire slightly below 135 IFR mins? I'm about 30 hrs short on total time.
Our three months aren't up yet, are they?At the time, it didn't make sense to fly a 210 for less pay when the furloughs were forecast out only a few months, and a lot of guys didn't bother to interview at FLX.
Just curious....what's the average number of hours flown per month?
atp
Now, well...If I had an aviation crystal ball I'd make millions.
:yup:I DO!....but I broke it when I threw it against a wall after I chose this as a profession
If you wanted you could find 8 flight hours a day 5 days a week but it does get old real quick.
Where are ya'll pilots going or why are ya'll loosing people?
