They fly real nice. Cruise is about the same as a 172, fuel burn way less, can use MoGas, and generally is easy to fly. The one I've flown even had an autopilot with altitude hold, which made cross country flights even easier One thing to be careful about is the sight picture on landing. Between the slope of the windscreen and the low panel height, it has a vastly significant picture on landing, leading people to not really flare. When you don't flare, the nose gear likes to sheer off. Other than than, watch your energy on final. If you use full flaps, the approach angle is really, really steep. Honestly, there was no reason for me to use beyond 15 degree's of flaps, unless the field was crazy, crazy short. With big flaps and drooping ailerons, there is lots of drag, so keep that in mind.
