P.S. I have the custom molds and still hate it.I owned a Proflight for 2 weeks and sent it back because I hated the ear buds.
Custom mold seems to be popular for those.

It’s all about the audio levels. There simply isn’t enough side tone and you can’t adjust it. I guess it doesn’t bother everyone, but in my case, I find it a huge distraction. Why do you hate it?
Good to know. I will keep rocking the DC Pro-X2 for now. It’s all about the audio levels. There simply isn’t enough side tone and you can’t adjust it. I guess it doesn’t bother everyone, but in my case, I find it a huge distraction.
If I ever go back to flying more than 50 hours a year I’ll buy that one again.Good to know. I will keep rocking the DC Pro-X2 for now.
It's a great headset for sure. And I am never wearing the ship set. Especially with all the international stuff. If I ever go back to flying more than 50 hours a year I’ll buy that one again.
It's been a never-ending struggle for me. I'm currently using an older version of this bag and have been reasonably pleased with it after almost a year of use. Only issue so far was the bottom-of-bag pocket (advertised for shoes) zipper failed. Not a big deal for me since I never used that pocket anyway. I just sewed the whole damn thing closed with fishing line. Done.I do need to find a good backpack for my second bag.
I tried a Brightline bag. Hated it...returned it for a refund. These flight bags are so expensive. I feel like they should give us a 30 day money back guarantee in case they don't work.
I found one at Costco that is actually working really well. It's on its first trip, and so far I really like it. And it was $45.It's been a never-ending struggle for me. Can't beat $45! Even if it only lasts a a few years you're still ahead of the game.I found one at Costco that is actually working really well. It's on its first trip, and so far I really like it. And it was $45.
That was my thought as well. Can't beat $45! Even if it only lasts a a few years you're still ahead of the game.
Yeah with the colored zippers they look like they should come with crayola crayonsI tried a Brightline bag. Hated it...returned it for a refund.
I see they have a version with Bluetooth now. Interesting. Would certainly be less to lug around on the commute.Axis FTW.
Bose is overpriced poorly built crap with a big case.
Other than the colored zippers they scream “this is also my range bag and I have a Black Rifle Coffee sticker on my iPad case and an inop sticker on the camera”.Yeah with the colored zippers they look like they should come with crayola crayons
I'm pondering going back to my old faithful flight kit bag from the old days. At least I know it'll fit in the 737 in the spot that was designed for it.
