Don't leave your personal belongings unattended.
A pilot at Philadelphia International Airport went to a men's restroom Saturday morning and left his gun in an unattended bag in the bathroom, police said.
When he was finished with his business and was about to leave the restroom, he saw that his bag was gone, police said.
The pilot reported his missing gun to a Philadelphia police officer at the airport shortly after 9 a.m. He said he was in a restroom on the secure side of Terminal B when it happened.
Police said the pilot's gun has since been recovered in a janitor supply area at the airport.
The pilot who left the weapon in the restroom is trained and authorized to carry it while flying, Sgt. Eric Gripp, a police spokesman, said. Gripp said at no point was anyone in danger at the airport and that police will be investigating the incident with federal authorities.
A few flights were temporarily delayed, but flights are now back to normal, Gripp said.
The pilot's name and his airline company were not released.

(see the link below) didn't know how to clear it and ended up shooting the TSA lunch room
over some traffic dispute at PHL and pulled his gun on a motorist acting like a cop and detaining him, I forgot how that ended. I can't remember all the PHL stories but boy they are plentiful.
