I saw a B99 land at BFI last night with nose gear unsafe. Guy did a great job but blocked 13R for quite a while. We took a 2.5 hour delay and were the first one off after the runway was cleared. I'm surprised UPS didn't "arrange" for him to go somewhere else. They kept asking me when we'd be able to leave. I was like "When you see them get the plane off the runway"....
I screwed up @Derg's commute into JFK like that once.
Nose gear didn't want to come down on approach, so we had to emergency extend it. Landed and blocked the runway as we waited to be towed off the runway. Tugs are not quick vehicles so it took...some time. Pulled out my phone to see him complaining on Facebook about being stuck in a hold.
"yeah...uh...my bad?"

How many more patches can they get on that wing boot?
BF Goodrich says something like 1 large patch, 2 medium patches, or 3 small patches per foot...How many more patches can they get on that wing boot?
True story bro.
Seriously? Did you just admit to using a personal electronic device in the cockpit in flight?![]()
No, because I bitched about it after blocking in.
You gotta way up mi-teee early to try to entrap me, hombre!![]()
