Feds Might Ease Post-9/11 Airport Rule

[ QUOTE ]
On September 12, 2001 I flew and didn't notice any difference in security measures. That actually made me worry a little bit.

Oh well, guess IF the rules ever change back i'll start measuring my knives!!

September 12th, 2001? Better check your ticket stub 'cause I seriously doubt if you were flying that day. Unless you were military...

It was pretty lonely in the air that day. Quietest I'd ever seen it over PHX.

I did a Wings of Mercy flight on September 15th, 2001 from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Houston and back in a twin comanche. Longest flying day I've ever had, and one of the spookiest.

Did a refuel stop in Arkansas, and was met by the local sheriff....

Military indeed, but not a pilot or navigator. I was on a Korean airline (Asiana) in Korea flying domestic. heh.

I guess I assumed you were talking about security within the U.S. Didn't think you were talking about security on a domestic flight in a foreign country. My bad.
