I wouldn't be surprised if you they require you to
Told and 1st,2nd or 3rd class medical.I believe they also require at least an instrument pilot license aswell..I’m pretty sure I saw that in their last job opening requirements.

A first class medical is not required. THe instrument rating etc are just preferred.

They were still in the beginning of the process. Only completed step was first round elimination of those that did not meet the minimum requirements.

I also had an interview last week with them and they told me they are actually planning on hiring 4 externals this time around, not 8. Told me they are aiming for a June 1st class start date with 9 months of initial training. They told me they would let me know either way by the end of April.
