FAA Announcement AAC-AMH-08-PUBNAT1-08232

I don't know if i got the email. I clicked delete on my hotmail junkmail before I could check it. Any recommendations?
 
Hmm...so now this begs the question, will we actually be considered for next week's panels? The deadline for preferences is May 23 (i.e. after the panels meet), but will those who get their preferences in before the panels next week get considered?

The word I got from OKC a few weeks ago was that next week's panels were for the public announcement. However, the word I got a few days ago was that the panels next week will be for last summer and we would get to provide our preferences "in a few weeks"..."mid-May to early June" with panels meeting in July. Now, two days later, we get the email to provide preferences. So...are the panels next week for February? For last summer? For everyone?

Also, I provided my preferences earlier this evening, but now that I try to log in again I get the "expiration/invalid session" message. Glad I haven't changed my mind since then (not that I didn't have enough time to think about it beforehand).

When you filled out your preferences, did it actually show your personal info or someone else's? Also, from what I have gathered this week's panels will only be dealing with 2007 applicants.

It showed mine (and I was able to log in the first try).
 
Is there anyone else that applied in Feb. of 2008 that has NOT yet received the email for selecting geographical preferences? I'm wondering if they sent them all at once or if they are sending out the emails in phases (a systematic methodology seems highly unlikely at this point). I did not receive an email?!?

I didn't get it either. I wouldn't worry though. My buddy got the e-mail and he scored a 91 and has zero aviation experience and some college. I scored a 98.1, have aviation experience, and almost have my Aviation Science Degree and I didn't get the e-mail.
I am assuming there is a technology error or they are sending them to us in waves.
 
I've been watching this thread for months now because I am in the same position, I didn't see anybody post anything new so I thought I would share with ya'll that I got accepted for a position in both locations that I chose 2 weeks ago, hopefully I'm not the only one, but I guess the panel is already meeting! Hope ya'll get some good news soon!

Was the Feb 2008 announcement the only one you applied to? What locations did you put down?
 
I applied for a bunch of them last Summer; June, July Era then I gave up, and didn't apply for anything else until I got the email in Feb for a public announcement and thought why not try again, so I did and here am I with a tentative offer, I just hope I can pass the physical because I have a very minor heart condition. I will be reporting to Houston, TX

My two picks were Tx and Ca, they replied with Houston or San Francisco
