I'm wondering that one myself, you'd think theh would purposely land close to each other, but I don't think there's a fringe conspiracy theory behind it it. It just doesn't make sense to me. No one has seriously answered my question.Have your uh friends really thought this one out?
Well let’s think…… guessing the plane was moving during the ejection. Guessing they didn’t eject at the exact same time. That’s a start.I'm wondering that one myself, you'd think theh would purposely land close to each other, but I don't think there's a fringe conspiracy theory behind it it. One seat ejects immediately before the other, right?Well let’s think…… guessing the plane was moving during the ejection. Guessing they didn’t eject at the exact same time. That’s a start.
yeah why didn’t they just use the risers and drive the parachute over to the other personyou'd think theh would purposely land close to each other

Did it occur to you the Iranians could have faked the ids? An American citizen doesn't need an Israeli visa or vice versaVis the IDs left behind at the site --
I'd assume if there were remains associated with the ids left at the site the Iranians would have released video of that.
So maybe they left in a huge hurry and didn't have time to grab their bags? Seems odd to me theee people would even carry ID like that in hostile territory on a combat mission.

To be honest, when I read a report that the crew landed a couple of miles apart, I raised an eyebrow and discounted it. Unless the seats were set for solo, delay between ejections would be less than half a second. 350kts is about 600ft/sec.How much distance do you travel in 2 seconds going 350kts? And these kind of parachutes are not like skydiving parachutes. They’re not very steerable.

There might be reasons it was reported as such.
I guess it would depend on altitude and the winds and terrain. Seen plenty of sticks of paratroopers get spread all over the place

I think it's legit. I suspect her stuff was in one of the scuttled C-130s and she either forgot or didn't have a chance to grab it when they left. I have no idea why she was there, the conspiracy is she was a nuclear scientist working at a US forward operating base in Iran looking for the enriched material the Iranians claim they have. Or she was just along the for the ride doing the same thing. It might be true. All I know is it's going to make for a compelling script for a movie "based" on a true story at some point.I don't think the Iranians would bungle a detail like that, but I suppose it IS possible.
screen shots and videos of videos. you know. just in case.Well, that got deleted. Screenshots work better when things disappear like that.
