Unfortunately, it keeps happening. Like the F-15s and the UH-60s in 1994. The F-16s vs the Canadian ground troops in Afghan in 2002. And A-10s......in both Desert Storm as well as OIF, A-10s have killed US Marines as well as British Army soldiers. In Desert Storm, it was a USMC LAV and two British Army Warrior APCs. In OIF, they strafed Marines, and destroyed two British Scimitar APCs.

The difference is that those incidences occurred partially as a result of the fog and friction of battle. The Dorsey case is just negligence, stupidity, or both.
