We also use NFP. They are a good source as well and I've contacted them at times for help. Make sure that it is set to "warn" on the 170 screen in FOMS. Also, check on the route screen that it's marked to "warn" as well.
To enter IFPS Reroute Accepted in line 18, you click on "Send to ATC" and click "Details", and manually enter it there after remarks. Click send and they will return a route to you via Avinet. Re-run your flight plan with the route they send (usually just a change from entry/exit point depending on your direction of flight) and voila! It's a quick fix when in a time crunch!
