Hi guys,
I scored an interview with Envoy (dispatch).
Any tips on what to expect or what to study and get ready for? I dont expect it to be as difficult but I definitely don’t want to get blindsided!

Know how to read Jepp Charts, NOTAMS, and some basic weather products/concepts. They have a written test which you have to pass in order to interview and should be passable with no experience.

There are a couple of interesting personalities that used to be involved in the interview process, don’t let them intimidate you.

No no no guys. Its 1 tower, 2 ILS, 3 runways. Means you don’t even need to check NOTAMS so you can get working on that next release!

I just saw on the pay chart that it takes two years to move from $19.50 to $19.75? If accurate that’s ridiculous as DFW area is not cheap!

This is actually what is stated …. For a new hire today it will take roughly 2 years to go from $19.20/hr to $19.27/hr

Yeah they increased the pay for everyone with less than 3 years but didnt increase anyone else.
