SKYTEC, LLC is in the aerial data collection business using the latest commercial UAS technology. We have two locations, in Chattanooga, TN and Atlanta, GA, to serve our existing and future clients globally. We are led by a team of proven entrepreneurs, technology experts and aviation professionals who are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team.We are currently looking for FAA licensed pilots with a sense of adventure and a love of cutting edge technology to join our team as an Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operator for the safe collection of aerial data. This is a full-time position for the chosen candidate(s). Job Description:

The chosen candidate(s) will be trained on the latest UAS equipment, as well as operator software and then deployed to client sites across North America on an as needed basis. Operators will be responsible for the safe launch, management and successful recovery of SKYTEC, LLC UAS and the necessary data those systems obtain. Operators will work directly with clients, as necessary, to manage and complete a wide variety of projects in industries such as:

• Agriculture
• Utilities
• Mining
• Construction
• Surveillance
• Telecommunications

Job Duties:

• Performs with clear integrity consistent with SKYTEC, LLC’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Operates with safety as the primary goal.
• Follow all conditions and limitations stated in SKYTEC, LLC’s FAA 333 Exemption and applicable Certificate of Authorization (COA) requirements.
• Coordinates and participates in all ground and flight operation efforts from mission planning through to mission completion.
• Remotely pilots UAS providing assistance to the SKYTEC, LLC project manager.
• Ensures the operation is compliant with all FAA regulations, SKYTEC, LLC Operating Procedures and client safety requirements.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of SKYTEC, LLC.
• Achieves and maintains a high level of proficiency in all manner of operations for UAS.
• Keeps specified maintenance up to date on all assigned hardware and maintenance documents appropriately completed/ submitted.
• Other tasks as directed by SKYTEC, LLC personnel.
• High comfort level with technology and strong interest in learning new skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, as well as with a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Enjoy working outdoors.
• Available for frequent travel.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient with Microsoft applications.
