Endeavor Flow for new hires

I hope they allow it.... I won't mind moving up hundreds of numbers because of people doing that.

Bronco has settled in for the long haul, so he's happy to move up if possible. If you're on reserve at this company, your mind can bend a little and twisted things seem very good all of the sudden. It's what happens after years of abuse, hide yo' kids!

Seriously though, hundreds have promised, probably a tenth of them will at most. The rest will suddenly take offers at places they never saw themselves going to.
 
I just don't get why everyone thinks there will be mass exodus tomorrow IF this is even announced, we all saw how the April 1 announcement went. I'm sure most people will complain, but make sure to stop for a second and drop the brake on time while doing so. If someone has the means to quit this place, I'm guessing they would have left a long time ago. I am not going to stand in the unemployment line just because of a new hire flow.

We need new hires at this company. Period. If a flow is what gets butts in the seats here, then that's what it takes. Every FO on property should be praying for some good news for new hires. Its the only way any of us are going to have a chance of getting off 4th year pay. IF they do announce something like that, I'm guessing that the new hires would only flow after all of us are afforded our shot at the SSP. I'm guessing they wouldn't even consider this a straight flow. If hired here you would have a conditional job offer at Delta pending your company/training/personal record. BW has said a few times that Delta does not hire anyone with a DUI in the past 10 years so if a new hire comes here then gets a DUI, I'm sure his flow is gone. Or if they have lots of trouble in training I'm guessing Delta would pass them over too.

Now if Delta gives guys a number off the bat, and they are being taken over existing pilots before their SSP interview I can understand how that will seriously tick some guys off. But I don't think they would be quite that stupid. Hopefully I'm not giving management too much credit.

Either way someone should set up a GoPro in the DTW crew room, I'm sure the reaction will be priceless to watch.
 
I don't know if the exodus would happen in a single day. My concern are a number of stupid work actions (of the illegal variety)which will seriously screw the crews in the future. If scheduling is to be believed, we are at half levels for reserves. A small percentage of guys doing something rash and illegal out of anger will turn 20 delays into 80 down the line.

Anway, hopefully it's all bluster.

I had a long post but forget it. Who wouldn't be happy if they suddenly moved up a bunch because some people got all butt hurt about a program to attract new hires? Good for new hires if they get flow.

I usually kinda keep quiet about it but I'll finally come out and say it.... I didn't even interview to work at Endeavor (formerly Pinnacle). If Delta doesn't wanna give me a flow or CJO without talking to me first I don't blame them one bit and I don't feel the slightest bit entitled to it.
