Anyone have any information on Dynamic Aviation? I.E: Pay scale, Starting bases?, Interview gouge?, Are you away from home as much as the web site says? I've read a couple threads about them here but nobody answered those questions...

Thanks

They so some govt contract flying overseas, based in Manassas, and also do some med fly spraying in socal with king airs and be-18's i think. Most jobs for the overseas govt contract stuff requires and A&P as well as a current security clearance.

I don't know any reasons, but I think they are always looking for pilots, especially those with A&P certs (should tell you something).

It's been about 8 years, but I flew for them for almost two years in socal. Great company. Not much of a career place, but great for time-building. They really like to see an A&P- everybody chips in on maintaining the airplanes. Keep sending your resume. Their staffing seems to depend on what contracts they keep.

As far as being away, it really depends on where you're flying. I was flying five days a week, home every night in socal. If you're in Bridgewater (HQ) you might be "deployed" more.

Can't help on pay or interview. . . been too long since I was there.
