Midlifer, this is exactly what I mean, either argue with the Proctor, or go get a new endorsement. Now the 60 day rule is for an endorsement for a practical exam. It has nothing to do with a knowledge exam. You have two years to take the practical test for a license or rating after passing the knowledge test for the license or rating sought. However, your endorsement to take the practical for a license or rating expires after 60 days.
