FYI for people who don't know, unless it's changed the written test is the Wonderlic test. The 3 part one plus the personality test.

Yup, also if you pass the test you get an interview right after so dress for the interview

I think on average they test 10-12 people a day so probably about 2 weeks of testing to get about 100 of them tested since it’s a pretty low passing percentage

Still no status change from qualifications under review. Somewhat bizarre with them sending both interview requests and TBNT’s out.

I was out of $700 the last round of external hiring, so while I'd be absolutely thrilled to try again, I'm not losing any sleep if they skip over me this time. Best of luck to everybody who got an invite! I'm still under review.

They definitely have the capability to test more than 10-12 at a time, I was there January of last year and there were 16 I believe testing. It might be how many people are able to make a particular day.

The test has nothing to do with dispatch. It's an IQ test essentially.

The testing room has seating for around 20. Plus the current rumor is they want to put a bit of a rush order on this class, so I would expect it to be fairly full for most of the days. Yes, the test has roughly a 70-75% fail rate on average. Some days will be more skewed than others.

As far as I know, tests are going on next week, so I think they will also test more people the following week.

test dates offered were, March, 9-10-11-12-13-16. Rank them 1-6 as desired and reply to email.

Got my test/interview confirmation...But no flight info. They must provide positive space, no? Anyone know about travel for interviews?

Same here. I get the feeling that I’m stand by in case someone doesn’t actually want to interview or not enough people pass the test.
