DL/AA how will they contact for interview

Word is that some management folks at Eagle have been informed that their services are soon to be no longer required, which on the surface doesn't affect the rank and file, but from a historical standpoint it's a bad sign. .

Remember, at Eagle crew schedulers and maintenance controllers are considered management. Some of the management losses will be in those groups. How many actual managers get laid off, we will just wait and see.

As of now, Eagle will be moving sometime mid next year. Due to the merger, AA will be taking over the Eagle SOC and moving AA crew scheduling to the Eagle SOC. But like everything else at AA, this can change as the wind blows.

Eagle is in a tough position given its senior work group. Both pilots and dispatchers are very senior with a majority on top of scale in both groups. Eagle recently had to raise equipment coordinator pay to 5/hr extra but at the same time needed to close coordinator and dispatch desks due to loss of flying.
