I believe there is a difference between an "internal recommendation" letter on your airlineapps account, and a HR form filled out and submitted to HR. Those are two different things and it was my understanding that the HR form specifically results in your application being looked at.
Is that not correct?
I appreciate the replies, but Derg your response was the only one that specifically addressed my question, and after reading it I am only more confused.
I have several letters of internal recommendations attached to my airline apps application. I also have had a Delta pilot submit "the HR form" to HR that I was told would result in my application being looked at.
If I understand the HR form correctly, then my application has already been looked at, and spending the resources to attend a job fair would not help me.
