The court record shows a dismissal filed by Gryder’s attorneys on May 18. But based on something else in the record (a Motion to Change Venue for those who know), I suspect it might be to change the location of the court.

It’s amazing how some of the worst people have all this money to run around banging up airplanes and suing one another.
