12 : 1 odds are in your favor.
I have a lot of fun and get paid decently.
We do all sorts of military training and testing.
Phoenix? I know there are a couple other operators that are in the VA area also doing military stuff.I have a lot of fun and get paid decently.

Tow missions aren't why it doesn't track straight. One of our Lears did this kind of work in it's previous life. Fast forward to present day and it no longer flies straight below 230kts.
Obviously this is a file photo, but it looks like it would of been fun. @esa17

Had to pause before pushing the throttle before this takeoff this past weekend....Our private grass strip, I've only ever departed to the North. Taking off to the south includes the following numbers: 1,400 ft grass strip with an uphill grade of about 10 degrees the first 600 feet. cell phone tower 200 feet West of the strip, & power lines up to about 85 feet 1,200 feet south of the strip...all doable with the winds that day (190 @ 14) but still required an extra moment to steady the nerves.

It's in Indiana. It's not mine, but the family I fly for. I think it's been active since '90 or so.Mind me asking what state that is? What hoops (if any) did you have to jump trough to have your own strip?
None. What hoops (if any) did you have to jump trough to have your own strip?
So if I have land I can just grade and seed an area and I'm good to go? No oversight or anything I need to do for the man?None.

The only time the man would care is if you were trying to get it published as a runway or get money for it. You can fly off of your own land all day long whether you have a 'runway' there or not.
Even then, there's not much to getting the little R put on the sectional. The only time the man would care is if you were trying to get it published as a runway or get money for it. You can fly off of your own land all day long whether you have a 'runway' there or not.
I like this kind of math12 : 1 odds are in your favor.
