Easy. He has to show up at my airport I am flying almost every day. After at least two landings from the right seat on the centerline to a full stop he migrates to the left seat right away. There is a catch though - only left side has brakes and PTT.
That particular JCer logged more then 40 hours quality xc pic in my plane. He likes it and handles her like a pro I wish he is less busy. Meet him at S-n-F 2015.
