daily pic

We took along an old B24 instructor to a dawn patrol, so I sat in the back seat; I still ended up with what I think is a pretty cool picture:

Another cool hangar.

Loose formation with a 210, although the B24 instructor with us said that it wasn't a formation so much as two airplanes going to the same location and the same speed :laff:

Something about old biplanes, I gotta black and white them...

I've said in the past here that I love living on a lake because of the seaplanes - but this was pretty cool too...

Took these at Big Bay Point Lighthouse on Michigan's Upper Peninsula, beautiful site on Lake Superior.

Cool shot!

Stupid question: How do you insert images from your computer into the post, instead of as an attachment? It asks for the url if I hit the "Insert Image' button, but if they aren't on the internet? Thanks!

Thanks. Gotta host them somewhere first. I use photobucket, but anything works.

Got to check out the Akron Children's Hospital Air Bear yesterday. The pilot and doctor in charge of the program spoke, very interesting stuff. They are one of the few medevac programs in the country dedicated to children. The chopper is a Eurocopter ec135.
