I know it's going to sound silly, but I love that airplane! It never really gave us many problems and was the best flying airplane I have ever flown.
I suppose it won't be doing a lot of heavy duty air ambulance flying with the small door.

431 is strictly pax ops, It's too nice to destroy. It is the first Lear I have flown where everything was still in working order. It flies as well as it looks.
In regards to the smaller door, we have a couple with the smaller door on the ambo side; it isn't much of an issue unless the patient is large.

@rd757 - I saw that behemoth on the ramp this morning. I had to do a double take, at first I thought it said Kalitta. I would of thought a 6k ft runway is a bit short for a 747.
