The C17 has a stick? I never knew that. I guess every time I've been in one at an airshow it's only been the cargo bay.

Also, I don't think there are any 141s flying (at least not CONUS) anymore.
Huh... I'm clearly behind the times. Like... way behind. Apparently, the last eight C-141s were officially retired in 2006.

I have heard several stories about the maneuvering awesomeness of the C-17. I'm told that it flies like a 4-engine fighter.
 
Erik1010 where is that? Hasn't gotten much below 50 in the NE yet :cry:

That is not something to complain about! Since it no longer snows a significant amount, or enough to sustain ride-able conditions without tons of ice making I'd prefer it just stay warm.

If winter wants to step its game up and actually be consistently cold and snowy, I am in.
 
Can someone help a flickr challenged member upload a photo? All I keep getting when trying to upload the photo is a red box where the pic should be. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
