Hello,
Since the word going around is that OTS applicants have a very slim chance of getting controller positions, I have decided to investigate on CTI schools. First off I took the AT-SAT and got a 94.9 and have a BS in Aviation Management. Now I have been looking at Purdues requirements in obtaining the CTI and the classes are as such(www.tech.purdue.edu/at/academics/undergraduate/am_faa_cti.cfm):
AT 100 Introduction to Aviation
AT 106 Basic Aircraft Science
AT 144 Fundamentals of Flight
AT 147/247 Aircraft Systems I and II or AT 187
AT 285 ATC Procedures and Weather
AT 481 Aviation Safety

Additional CTI specific coursework includes:
AT 369 Air Traffic Control (may be used as an AM Selective)
AT 369 Air Traffic Control (may be used as an AM Selective)
My question is since have basically completed all these classes besides ATC Procedures and Weather and Air Traffic Control, would I be able to transfer my credits and complete the 2 additional classes needed in order to complete my CTI? If anyone has any comments, suggestions, or has been down this road I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
