CRJ off the runway at PVD

It's cool and I understand. Just thought I would ask because I have a friend that's a DCA based FO so I thought I would ask here instead of bugging them about it.

Watching the passenger interviews, I was just waiting for someone to start pointing to the pilots.

Glad noone did though. Or at least noone that ive seen.

And Im glad everything is ok and there seems to be minimal damage.
 
Goodness! Winter is showing its first casualties. I'm glad everyone is okay. Stay safe out there, and don't let dispatch push you around!
 
Well it wasn't me.....


What we are hearing now is it might have been an ORF crew. Everyone is talking but no one really knows anything and the people I see that do know what happened (like the domicile manager here) aren't saying anything. I am calling all of my freinds in ORF to trying to find out what happened. At least everyone is ok.
 
From the looks of the pictures...did they go off the end of the runway sideways??


I imagine that CVR may be more "entertaining" than the 9E one up in TVC if that is the case.... "#.#.#.#.#.#.#.#.#.#."

Drove by the airport last night (not knowing that it happened) and it appears it slid off the side. Didn't know what was happening and didn't really get a good view.

But they have 34 open that night so it wasn't blocking the intersecting runways.

And Seggy- next time you're in PVD let me know and I'll either take a picture of you departing or find you around the airport ;)
