When you make that kind of money why bother with the airlines?

Some run a business on the side or their spouse makes good money, but they have great senority and don't want to give up the benefits. Plus they like flying, especially when they can get it on their own terms with regard to schedules.

There are some of us who, for practical purposes, will never fly an airliner - but would pay for the chance to fly a sim. I've thought about doing that 737 familiarization course down in Houston just for fun.

I wouldn't do that, there's a reason all the company materials are locked up when non-company personnel use the simulators.

They both work for the same company....whats it matter?
