Pprune isn't far off. A bit skewed toward the super unhappy but it's not all incorrect.
PM me with your questions and I'll answer them the best I can...
Flew with an FO who was ex-Copa recently. Sounded pretty rough. Might be ok for the young single guy looking for an adventure but it's not for everyone. Or so I hear.
I know many pilots that have flown there, and many that use to fly for my dad ended up there. they seem very happy with it...maybe they just have the right mindset..at the end it is Latin America

I follow some guys on Instagram that are pilots at Copa. I asked them about it and they told me pretty much what I read on APC and Pprune. It is what it is, but if you can stomach the schedule and don't mind being away, it's a nice place to hang your hat for a year or two. Good layovers and you'll build flight time on the 190 and 73' way faster at Copa that almost anywhere else.
Thanks for your insight on Copa, are you guys still hiring by any chance?Yeah most guys I fly with have some sort of exit strategy in place and they've been here less time than myself. You're right about the flying time though. I usually have 90-95 hrs scheduled a month.
