Sounds great. I've looked at doing something like that but just don't have big enough cahones. I'll just have to stick with my beer mortar and spud gun.:insane:
I can look back now on what a crazy idea it real was, and how dangerous, but I guess it is your right to be young and dumb for at least some period of your life.
While I have always been mechanically inclined, I didn't always use my talent in the most constructive of means.
As I got older my project grew with me, and many were equally crazy. Beyond fire and making other mechanical contraptions, I began to enjoy watching things go BOOM!
However, instead of being content with fireworks, like most people I knew at the time, I always had to go bigger and better (or louder). Before long I was into extracting gun power from shotgun rounds and making bombs, fertilizer, sodium, you name it.
Until one faithful day one of my “creations” nearly blew off my left thumb!
I remember, after a very loud bang, looking at my thumb (half of which was basically “un-hinged”) and thinking “Boy, that sucks!”
