$255 is the minimum. You're going to pay that or $0.20 per line plus the $55 data charge, whichever is greater. By my math, for someone like me that's close to $800 (one small green logbook, one Jepp Pro logbook, and about a dozen pages in a second Jepp Pro. I'm good with my paper books, thank you).
 
I used them and had a great experience. They now accept emailed pictures of your logbook too (I used my Iphone). They'll check the quality of all the pages and let you know if it's acceptable or if you need to re-do a page or two. I converted the first 1,000hrs myself and realized how time consuming it was. I did the math and picked up a 2 day trip that more than covered the cost of them to convert my logbook. If I were to finish it myself it would have taken 1-2 weeks easily. I value my time more than a couple hundred bucks for someone to do mindless data entry for me. All the times were loaded 100% accurate as well.
