It really depends on the airline. Some airlines are heavy into the technical questions (UAL), and others are more interested in "tell me about a time...." questions (SWA). My AirTran interview was almost entirely the latter. No technical questions at all. Not even briefing an approach plate. A typical question from the captain interviewer was something like "tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult command decision as a captain." When the HR person came in, it was questions like "tell me about a time when you went above and beyond to help a customer." Personally, I prefer UAL's style of asking mostly technical questions, but each airline has its own style, so you have to be ready for all of it.
