No it's just APC cannot handle the truth. All I have been doing is warning all of Comair about what is coming and all they keep talking about is how good things are going to get. I think you should get over it and accept the fact that Comair is history.

No point in anyone making any knee-jerk precautionary moves at times like these. If OH in fact closes shop, I'm sure the folks over there will figure out their next move by themselves.

I got over it a while ago. If Comair would shut it's doors tomorrow, so be it!:dunno: It's out of my control, just as anything at ASA; is out of yours. Until that day comes, I'll show up to work every day, collect my pay check, and continue to apply elsewhere.

Here's the trick. Rumors are going to fly when the company wants something. They want CMR pilots afraid, biting at rumors well, pretty much what we've been doing on JC.

Fear.

Uncertainty.

Doubt.

So if they say "Hey! We need contractual relief in these areas or DOOM", the pilot psychology is to bitch, rationalize then ultimately accept it... whatever it is.

Which is why we are where we are today in the industry.

Don't be shocked if nothing happens on the first. Or next friday. Next month, or for the next 5 years. It's out of your hands, emotionally divorce yourself from the situation, do your job and control what you can.

And get your asses up the food chain. Y'all said I was crazy.

There's a poster on the APC board named "Spoilers" that actually agrees with Trailblazer. He stands by his conviction that an announcement will be made on 9/1 and it's not going to be good. He's been over there a long time and isn't a trouble maker or rumor monger. I think he's legit.

Wow, good thread bro.

So lately when I've been eating scrambled eggs (need the protein), I've been "spicing them up" using Tabasco. I prefer other types of hot sauce (some Mexican authentic brand is used at home), but I guess Tabasco will do when I'm on the road.

So I see Tabasco sitting on the table at restaurants all the time at room temperature. My hot sauce at home stays in the refrigerator though. If I brought my personal sauce (giggity) to work, would it spoil? Or is it OK carrying it around at room temperature?

Hmmm. I think i might have to make a late night food run.

Maybe even a stop at the Krispy Kreme for doughnuts.....however if that will happen i really hope the HOT NOW sign is ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
