All I'm trying to say is that Colgan Will be needing ALOT of captains, I don't think they are going against seniority in my case. I just think they schedule the interviews whenever they can. Managment needs to be careful on how many and which FOs they choose to upgrade.
Why do you think they are advertizing for street captains, its because current captains here will be needed to balance the onflux of a new aircraft type. I've talked with a few very senior captains/checkairmen who have been asked to start formulating a training program.
Colgan likes to move fast, everyone who has worked here knows that.
The aircraft is definetly going to be the Q400, a few of the checkairmen have already been issued aircraft manuals to evaluate Colgan CFM integration.

i.e. what this means is that I along with everyone else who is attacking me here will be upgrading this spring.
