I worked at a place once that wasn't too good about making payday.
I left and the problem quit.
I had a lot of problems with Colgan and I left, but it's not really a practical solution for most of the pilots there.

1 am and still no money in my account. For the IAD crews, fill out this form online http://www.doli.virginia.gov/laborlaw/pdfs/lla3_form.pdf
From the Virginia Dept. Of Labor:
Employers must establish regular paydays and rates of pay for each employee, and it is a violation of law not to pay all wages due on the established payday. Hourly employees must be paid at least once every two weeks or twice a month; and salaried employees must be paid at least once each month. These requirements do not apply to executive personnel. Virginia Code § 40.1-29(A)(1).

Colgan Air- "Quick upgrade, but pay is at our discretion!"

Not yet. Last crewtrac message said everyone should be paid by "the morning." I'll give it until noon.
The message on crew web said by 6am.
Many crews will see their monies today, with some receiving funds no later than in the morning.
The one I am reading from HM from yesterday says
