TUCKnTRUCK
That guy
Everybody says, if your not growing your dieing... that may be true, but honestly, short of convenience, which im sure the Houston base will be for many pilots, there is no economic gain for the pilot group. It's not going to make the schedules better, it won't change the way management treats us. Post 3407, rapid upgrade is gone... and we really do not have a lot of pilots who will be eligible for upgrade. Iwould say at least 35% of the current Q group is trying to bid off the airplane.
Trust me, when they say more Q's most of us roll our eyes, kiss our wifes good bye, and expect the worst. I am getting ready for all sorts of mess. Not to mention a new dir. of standards who has NO line experience in the airplane... a gutted, routed and missing training department. This is going to be interesting for those of us here. We would be pretty happy to move the base... and not get the airplanes I think.
