Psssst...Nothing in aviation is stable. Why not take a risk and see if it will lead to bigger and better things. Flight Instructing will always be there if you get furloughed.

I agree with that to a point. But to go into a situation that numerous people warn is a sinking ship doesn't seem very bright.

cherry has been going out of business any day now for at least 2 years. if you can get some jet time and an sic type out of the deal go for it. if cherry were to close their doors just walk down the field to ameristar. i'm sure we'd just pick up the slack. and another thing ups schedule runs pay dirt cheap. not even worth the time in most people's biz plan that are used to making long dollars with on-demand trips.
