I've been using that iFly 700 lately - $500 Aviation GPS, Geo-referenced sectionals, en route charts, etc. It has every app plate and airport diagram (those are not geo-referenced yet). It's been pretty good.
@rwbg1984 - why don't you get foreflight/iPad to start doing international charts (en routes, etc)... that would be nice, especially if you had to say all of the sudden file somewhere a couple miles outside Cuba's airspace and forgot the specific paper en routes for that area.
