CFI job in AK for C-182

Maybe he wants an *actual* CFI; I've heard that only 1 in 4 pilots in AK is actually FAA-certificated.

Hmm never heard that... there ARE alot of pilots... NOT alot of CFI's

I talked to this guy and he tried to low ball me, I told him Id guarentee him 20hrs of dual if he paid me half up front, but he wanted to pay me the thousand after he passed his checkride, and do a BFR for his dad on top of that, included in the price. HA! Not happening, Im already in Juneau and have experience here and hes still trying to low ball, good luck with this guy if anybody takes it.

I'll come back for $2500 at this point. Thats enough to get a great goat hunt'n rifle!

Nah, I paid about $1000 for my Remmington 700 with the a scope. The .338RUM is overkill, a .308 would be about fine.

Joepilot84 and I saw a few reasonable priced rifles at the local gun shop.

I wonder if this guy has found anyone yet?
